This Privacy Policy explains how Mingleo collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use a women's hat styling community. It covers account activity, community use, safety actions, and service operations.
We collect the information you provide directly, the content you choose to upload, and service records created while you use Mingleo. That can include profile details, posts, reports, and other safety records, media uploads, translation inputs, purchase records, and support requests.
We use collected information to operate Mingleo, display community content, provide profile and publishing features, process support requests, review safety reports, and improve product quality. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, enforce community rules, and respond to legal obligations.
After you choose AI Preview, Mingleo presents a consent prompt before preview inputs are sent for cloud processing. The selected user photo may include visible facial features, body pose, clothing, background, and other visual characteristics present in the image. We also process the generated preview result. We use this information only to generate the requested preview, present the result in the app, and let you decide whether to save the result to Photos.
To complete AI Preview, the selected user photo may be sent to Alibaba Cloud DashScope (dashscope.aliyuncs.com) for cloud processing. During processing, preview inputs may be handled in the provider's cloud systems and the generated preview may be kept temporarily in an in-app cache on your device for active review. Mingleo does not use this information for face recognition, identity verification, biometric profiling, or any unrelated purpose. Third-party recipients are contractually required to provide equivalent protection or the same level of protection for the data they receive.
Mingleo does not keep the selected source photo as a separate long-term preview library for this feature. Selected preview inputs are sent only for the active preview request. Provider task data and returned preview links may remain available temporarily as part of the provider processing flow. Generated preview results may be cached temporarily for active review and are deleted when you leave the preview screen unless you choose to save a copy to Photos. If you save a result, that copy remains in your photo library until you delete it. Contact support@mingleo.com if you need help with a privacy or deletion request.
The app requests camera access only when you choose to capture a photo for a post, profile image, or AI Preview input. The app requests photo-library access only when you choose to import an image for a post, profile update, or AI Preview. The app requests add-to-library access only when you choose to save a generated preview or other user-initiated image output back to Photos.
If microphone access is requested by the app, it is requested only after a user-initiated action that needs audio input and only for the duration needed to handle that request. Microphone-related data is not used for AI Preview, identity verification, or unrelated background collection.
When you choose to attach a place or use map-based tools, we collect location information needed to show nearby places, confirm your chosen location, and display that place with your content if you decide to share it.
If you choose an in-app purchase, we process purchase and billing records needed to deliver purchased Look Credits, restore eligible transactions, handle support, and prevent fraud. Payment processing may involve Apple App Store records and our internal purchase logs.
When you create posts, profile content, comments, reports, blocks, or other community activity, we collect, process, store, display, share, and moderate that user content and related safety records as needed to operate the service. We may review content and account behavior to investigate reports and block actions, enforce rules, and keep the community safer. When a user flags objectionable content or abusive behavior, we aim to review the report within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict visibility, limit distribution, or suspend accounts during or after review when necessary to enforce service rules and address safety concerns.
If tracking-related permissions are available, we may use tracking, analytics, and advertising measurement signals to understand campaign performance, detect abuse, and improve service delivery.
We may share information with hosting providers, infrastructure partners, customer support tools, payment processors, moderation or security vendors, translation providers, map providers, and other service providers that help us operate the app. Those providers may only use the data for the services they perform for us.
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain account history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the community.
You can update profile information in the app, change permissions through device settings, and contact support@mingleo.com if you need help with deletion, account access, privacy questions, or other rights requests.
Mingleo is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information or community content without permission, contact us so we can review the issue and remove the data where appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the policy date and publishing the revised version on this page.
